"This was such a lovely time in this wondrous, beautiful peaceful place, ever so relaxing and magical with relaxing yoga meditation every morning and the warm natural springs and uplifting Forest bathing along with stopping at the little shops for an ice cream and the Beautiful dinner. Your meditation was amazing with our talented Yoga leader Kristen on the singing bowls. I so enjoyed giving a rub-a-dub-dub massage to everyone. What a beautiful group effort. It truly was magical to see everyone come together as well as such an uplifting learning experience through and through about self and others growing together and helping to heal each other, sharing things we've learned that have helped us and passing them on and simply being uplifted and best of all was meeting and connecting with all of these beautiful and fantabulous gifted women inside out.
